Items will be shipped within 21 days using Royal Mail or Parcel Force UK. Shipping charges are calculated by weight using the three categories specified by the Royal Mail: UK, Europe and Rest of World. Overssea orders are sent via Airmail.
In the event of defective goods then these can be returned to the contact address.
There is a 14 day return guarantee that means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (in the case of shrink wrapped goods), and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, plus postage. In respect of shrinkwrapped material such as CDs or DVDs we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or if there was an error on our part in the preparation of your order. Orders may be cancelled up to 14 days after receipt of the item, provided it is returned in its original condition
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, or we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalised pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). In the event of an order cancellation, the reasons must be communicated using the email address below, the order returned and we will again provide a full refund, including postage.
